Pescadero Good Vecinos
Better neighborhood means a better Pescadero — for expats and locals alike.
A short story about us
Pescadero Good Vecinos is a community group for expats and visitors living in and around Pescadero, Baja California Sur. We welcome newcomers with trusted resources — local services, visa guidance, healthcare contacts, and the kind of practical knowledge that makes life here easier. And when hotels, developers, or corporations break the law, violate environmental protections, or disrupt our neighborhood, we don't look the other way. We document it, expose it, and push for resolution. Our mission is simple: elevate the neighborhood, support the town, and protect the Pescadero we all came here for.

This Is Our Pueblo.
Not Kimpton, Bill, and Lisa's disposable Playground.
Kimpton Mas Olas Todos Santos AKA Rancho Pescadero is violating environmental protections, ignoring zoning laws, and disrupting the neighborhood. We have the receipts. See the Evidence →
We recognize the PericúesI Indigenous people who inhabit the southern cape region (from Pescadero to Cabo San Lucas). Known as maritime experts, the Pericú used sophisticated wooden rafts to navigate the sea, diving for pearls and fishing, which were their primary means of subsistence. The archaeological record for the Pericú territory extends at least as far back as the terminal Pleistocene, about 12,000 years ago, before the area became a farming and fishing community.
